I imagine there should be standard contracts for selling whatever you're selling available online. Ie the other side will always present you with language that is most advantageious to them. If you simply say 'no, because fuck you' it comes across badly.

On the other hand, if you send back a different contract and show where you got it (ie web site selling standard legal templates), it looks better.
